Autospa is part of a car wash and detailing franchise that has just opened up its second location in Mississauga and is currently the largest tunnel car wash in Canada. Construction started early 2017 and Wilcox Door Service was contracted to ensure one of the most important components, the overhead doors were installed correctly. Car washes present many challenges and one of the most difficult parts is choosing the right door that is both energy efficient and durable enough to keep up with a high cycle count and withstand Canada’s ever-changing weather.
Wilcox installed all 17 doors using Richards-Wilcox Polycarbonate material which is ideal for humid atmospheres, in addition to being lightweight and adds aesthetic appeal to the building.
